Midnight Galaxy and Stars Fused Glass Trinket or Soap Dish

This modern soap or trinket dish will make a great accent to your home to hold your soap, jewelry or sponge. It can be used for candles and food as well.

This piece is made by fusing two pieces of glass in our home kiln. Then we fire it again to adhere the glass stars. Finally it is slumped into a soap dish mold for 8 more hours.

I love the deep blue sparkles of this glass because it adds an interesting pop of color. This glass has metal flakes in it that makes it shine in bright light.
